I was a former Oakdale High School student and enjoyed every minute of it. I found the teachers to be very helpful and informative. I had a chemistry and physics teacher that taught me more than my freshman college professor. I also gained very useful knowledge about the use computers. I even placed out of my first computer class in college. My math and english teachers were always there for me when I needed extra help. I would highly recommend this school. It has always received a bad rap, but I loved every minute of it and miss it dearly!!!

The teachers are lazy and 85% of them will actually tell the students that they don't care because they still get paid wether the students pass or fail. The principal is way too strict and shows favortism to students that are related to her, or in some way their family helps her family out. I actually had a teacher flunk me from her class because i did not want to become a cheerleader! The teachers start rumors about each other and the students, which in turn gives young impressionable teenagers a bad reputation in the school. If you really want your child to go through this kind of tourment and tourture, then by all means enroll inthis school, but if not, then RUN!
