1. 7-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items

However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit, we offer a 7-day return policy. You must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days from the date of successfully receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

• Return requests are only accepted for items that are received damaged or defective.
• An unpacking video must be provided as proof of damage upon opening the package.
• The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled.
